Mic Sokoli Tower is in a fshat right outside Bajram Curri and is a museum dedicated to Mic Sokoli, a national war hero. Here is where he would stay for rest and relaxation. The museum is now located inside the tower that commemorates the life of Sokoli.
My first project in Bajram Curri is collecting information from the Kukes Region and constructing a tourist website. Trying to gather information on the region is hard, especially since there isn't that much on the web, here's where I come in, the website is going to be targeted to foreigners traveling through the newly accessible Kukes Region (including Kukes, Has and Tropoje 'counties'). Albania has so much to offer but the lack of information to outsiders makes it difficult for those who are traveling independently and don't speak Shqip. We hope to get the website launched by the end of September. I guess you could say visiting these locations and talking to the locals is just a perk of this job.
